User Access
This option is protected with a manager's password.
If system security is enabled, at startup, users are asked for a login ID and a password to prevent unauthorised access. You can give each system user their own Login Name and Password. You can also choose what options the users are able to run by placing a tick against each system option.
If system security is not enabled, then these settings are applied to the built in system account, Everyone for all users.
